It is a practical workshop that will help build upon the repertoire of skills and experience that they have, but then develop a shared understanding of what effective leadership looks like, sounds like and feels like. Ensuring the IB Learner profile attributes are emerging both implicitly and explicitly as part of daily teaching practices, and that the organisational culture is positively impacted through the IB Learner Profile attributes.
Working with leadership and the Board, reviewing policies, supporting the school business operations through policies and procedures that align with educational best practice.
