For school leaders in IB Schools - this 3 day workshop is a Category 3, Continuum workshop. This workshop is critical for school leaders who are serious about unpacking 'effective teaching' for their staff and is aligned to the IB Standards and Practices and philosophy for teachers.
What's needed from leaders to nurture a learning focused school? This is a practical workshop where you will take out ideas for systems and structures to support student learning, as well as learning for the members of the school community.
This is a new workshop for me - but using the Accounting component of my degree coupled with my head of school experience in using money effectively in schools to support the learning happening.
